Jay Greenwald, Founder, is an internationally acclaimed expert on enterprise software distribution outside the United States with more than 20 years’ experience working within all functions of a software company.
Jay worked at Sterling Software—a $1+ billion NYSE-listed enterprise software vendor that was acquired by to CA Technologies and AT&T for more than $8 billion—for 10 years, where his career progressed in product, marketing, business development and general management roles. His final job at Sterling was Division President, Emerging Markets Division, where he ran a $40 million sales division spanning 55 countries: Japan, S. Korea, Greater China, Southeast Asia, India, Southern and Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.
Another example of the major influence he exerted upon an organization was at OpenLink Financial, the leading enterprise trading and risk management software vendor with products targeted at the largest capital market and energy/commodity traders in the world. There, he built their Asian Operations in Singapore from scratch and “jump-started” sales personally. This effort resulted in a multi-million deal months before OpenLink’s expectations.
He has physically worked in 41 countries selling software, managing channels and rationalizing international sales organizations. He has managed sales and product across 65 countries and understands the sales and technological drivers that enable the sales of software and technology services.
Jay has lived in London, Paris and Singapore for a total of 6 years and he earned his MBA from Harvard Business School. When not traveling internationally, he resides in beautiful Denver, CO, USA with his wife, who is the founder of The SolutionPR, his 3 teenage daughters and 2 dogs.

Edward Chow, Partner, has more than 20 years of global experience in forging and operationalizing business development and marketing strategies for large and medium sized high-tech and consumer products and services companies worldwide.
Edward consulted in Singapore with AT Kearney, a well-renowned worldwide consultancy, helping his clients enter the Asia Pacific markets. As a strategy executive in Paris, France, Edward assisted the management team of a large French consumer services company in developing and operationalizing a strategy for expanding into Asia and North America.
Edward has also consulted to C-level executives at Cisco Systems, HP and Microsoft on business development, product launches and channel marketing strategies.
Edward graduated from University of California, Berkeley and received his MBA from INSEAD in France. During his studies at Berkeley as an East Asian political economy major, Edward took a one year leave of absence in Taiwan to cover political and economic news for an internationally distributed news journal. This experience stoked Edward’s a passion for international business and cultures.
Edward is business proficient in Mandarin Chinese and French and lives in Northern California.
